Provided design, integration, and commissioning services for a house of worship live production and broadcast system, delivering a practical and budget-conscious solution using a combination of new and repurposed equipment. The project focused on creating a reliable in-house and streaming workflow while maximizing the value of existing infrastructure.
Scope included camera system integration for a 3-camera production environment, video switcher configuration, projector throw and lens calculations, and projector make/model recommendations based on room dimensions and viewing requirements. Audio integration included implementation of a split audio workflow for separate front-of-house and broadcast mixes, reuse and optimization of existing microphones and analog snake infrastructure, and reconfiguration of a legacy mixing console for continued operational use. Final commissioning included system testing, signal flow verification, and operator setup for weekly services and live productions.
